I have a confession to make… I love powdered sugar donuts! I don’t care how bad they are for me, I eat them anyway! Well, I did until we really started paying attention to the way we eat and what we eat. So I had to get them a different way – I made my own and boy are they good! The recipe is from Ashley Palmer and can be found here. It is vegan so it fits lots of diet restrictions (it does have flour though). Luckily the recipe only makes 6 donuts at a time.
