Doesn’t that sound exotic? For me it is! I have begun the journey into spinning my own yarn. It is fascinating and intimidating all at the same time. I have had this spindle and fiber for several months now and was a little chicken to start. When you are a yarn junkie like I am, this is kind of a big deal. I used this great video: Respect the Spindle (you can see a clip of it below) to get me started and jumped in. I am only on the beginning stages of Park and Draft but it is a lot of fun and will surely be addictive too. It is not the most even yarn so far but I am in it for the long term. What fun!
